  3. Jackpots

    1. The information in the jackpot displays on www.Bettilt and in the jackpot games are updated on a regular basis, but as it is not real-time, the displayed value may not be 100% accurate. Following the jackpot having been won, the exact amount of the jackpot will be calculated according to the number of rounds played up to the time the jackpot is won.

    2. As the jackpot values displayed on Bettilt and in the game are not real-time, on exceptionally rare occasions, it may happen that a jackpot is won and immediately after that it’s won again by another player during the time of updating, in which case the win is the new re-seeded jackpot which may be lower. In most cases the delay results in a higher jackpot win value.

    3. Progressive Jackpot wins are subject to verification by Bettilt and the concerned software supplier. All decisions in this regard are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    4. No jackpots can be won when the player is not playing for real money.

    5. For some jackpot games, jackpot counters might be displayed in a different currency than that player is playing in. If the player wins such a jackpot and he/she is playing casino games with a different currency, the amount won is converted to the currency in which the player is playing in and is added to the player’s account.

    6. Bettilt and the software suppliers reserve the right to change or waive the jackpot rules at any time and for any period.

    7. In the event that a progressive jackpot which is managed by a software supplier is won, the software supplier in question shall transfer the jackpot sum to Bettilt.  As this sum may be in a different currency than the one the player is playing in, in the event that the player requests a withdrawal of the jackpot win, Bettilt reserves the right to transfer to the player the amount received from the software supplier, in the currency it received it in. In such instances, the amount ultimately received by the player may be subject to any exchange rate fluctuations between the point the funds were received by Bettilt and the point at which they are transferred to the player, and any currency conversion costs, and may differ from the jackpot amount won as a result.

  4. Sports betting

    1. Bets are accepted based on the daily "odds line" - a list of upcoming matches with odds and handicaps offered by the Betting company on outcomes of events.

    2. The odds and handicaps take into account the correlation of strengths of the competing teams or players and determine the value of the expected winnings of the person placing the bet.

    3. The Betting company has the right to change the odds and handicaps at any time. The terms of the bets placed earlier remain the same. The Betting company has the right to remove any event from the offered "line".

    4. The player places a bet according to the "line" operating at the time of the bet.

    5. The team indicated first in the "line" is considered as Home Team, playing at home ground. A neutral field is usually indicated if this is on the broad public information. It is on client’s responsibility to check if the Home team is using Home venue.

    6. The player chooses the number of the event and outcomes of the competition from the predictions offered by the Betting company.

    7. The Player must state the amount of each bet and receive a bet confirmation when the bet is placed.

    8. After placing a bet with the Betting company it cannot be cancelled or changed.

    9. The Betting company accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling of surnames, team names and names of places for the event.

    10. Calculation of the bets is done by the Betting company. The event results, announced by the Betting company, are the basis for calculating the wagers and determining the winnings. The results of sporting events announced in the periodical press may not be grounds for submitting players' claims against the Betting company.

    11. The Betting company is using official sources of the events results according to Apendix A of this document, however is not obliged to follow the official result if there is suspicion of palpable or typing error, proved by the real action of the event.

    12. In a number of types of sports, changes in the parameters of the "line" are possible by decreasing the winning coefficient ("buy points"). All numerical ratios are indicated in the line.

    13. If a player placed a bet on an event, the result of which was known to him in advance, in this case the decision is made after a special investigation by internal affairs (or judicial) bodies, for the time of which the amount of the wager is blocked.

    14. In disputed situations not having a precedent, the final decision is made by the Betting Company, taking into account practice of the bookmaking business and players' interests.

    15. The Betting Company has the right to limit the maximum bet for individual events and also to limit or raise the maximum bet for specific persons without explanation.

    16. Bets made on certain period or outcome made after results or the outcomes are known (for example bet on first half in football made between first and second half) are to be refunded.

  5. Types of sports bets, main markets and settlement rules

    1. The following types of bets differ: "single", "multibet" and "system".

    1.1.a) Single bet - a bet in which it is required to guess the outcome of just one event. Single bets are accepted for any event in a line. The winnings on single bets are equal to the amount of the bet multiplied by the winning coefficient.

    1.1.b) Multibet - a bet in which it is required to guess the outcome of more than one event. Several independent events may be combined into a multibet. The multibet bet loses when any of the combined matches loses. Interrelated events are not included in the "Multibet". Incorrect combining of such events into a multibet bet results in such events being excluded from the multibet. In particular, bets on a match (odds or total) and bets on the list of this match (periods, corners, points scored by players and so forth) are considered interrelated events. It is not allowed to include different events and markets from the same match in “multibets” and “systems” even if they are not interconnected directly. If any events pertaining to a given match were included in a "multibet" or "system" bet, this bet will be refunded even if the computer program for accepting bets did not block this bet. The winning coefficient is equal to the product of the winning coefficients of the events combined into the multibet.

    1.1.c) System - this is all possible combinations of "multibet" events equal in number, chosen from several events named by the player. “System” winnings are counted as a sum of “multibet” winnings, which are in the system bet. Final odds for winnings on all classified betting forms are defined by taking into account specialities (hitting the spread on the handicap of total etc.), postponement of the event or the transfer of the event to another date. In these events the odds for winnings are "1".

    1.2. Betting Company is doing its best to provide clear description of each Market, so the client has no confusion on the offer. However it is on client’s responsibility to make sure that he knows on what he is wagering into. Betting Company will not accept any complain based on acknowledgment of the market and how the result is calculated from.

    1.3. Events result should be determined according to the time of game specified in this rules unless otherwise specified in a line.The bet is winning if the outcome is predicted correctly.

    1.4. Betting Company will do its utmost to attain itself to information obtained first hand (during or exactly after the event has been concluded), through TV transmissions, streaming (web-based and through other sources) as well as official sites. Should this information be omitted from first hand viewing and/or official sources and/or there is an obvious Error in the information included in the sources above, the settlement of the bet offer will be based on other public sources.

    1.5. Push: In a market with only 2 possible alternatives (“2-way” or “Head to Head”) ending with equal means of result, bets will be void and the market is called as a “push”.

    1.6. Dead Heat: In a market with 3 or more participants or alternatives (“3-way”, “Triple Head”, or “Outright Winner”, where 2 or more participants or alternatives ending with equal means of result, bets will be paid with the offered odds divided by the number of participants or alternatives ended equally.

    1.7. 1X2 or W/D/W - The 1X2 or Win/Draw/Win refers to the possible final result of an event, football or other sport, which have three possible betting options for the final result in thenormal duration of the match including injury time (if not otherwise stated). In case the market has no draw option this is indicated as 12 or W/W.

    1.8. Double Chance - A 'Double Chance' pick contains two of three possible outcomes such as 1X,X2 and 12 combining two alternatives and increases your chances of winning.

    1.9. Handicap – is indicated by “1” for a first competitor and “2” for the second competitor in an event. A “TIE” alternative maybe offered if the market is 3-way. The outcome of ahandicap event takes into account the handicap line and is determined by adding the handicap line to the actual result. If the result obtained is in favor of the chosen alternative, the bet is considered to have won.

    1.10. Totals or Over/Under. To win, it is necessary to guess if the number scored will be more or less than the total given in the line or equal to this number. Only the goals hit into the opponent's net are counted when determining an individual total. In case when bet is placed on markets like "Total” or “Over/Under" it means total goals, points, games, runs, sets, wherever the score is goals, points, games, runs, sets, etc.

    1.11. Outrights. In this wager, it is necessary to guess if the participant will win or reach a certain stage of a competition (Winner, Finalist, Quarter Finalist, or any Place) and is determined according to what place the participant will occupy or what stage (round) will reach in the competition. If the participant's reaching the next stage (round) is later cancelled for any reason, the cancellation is not taken into account, and payment will be made based on the results of the matches that have taken place. In a wager to reach the next stage (round), when participants are met several times in the event of a change in the sequence of teams (participants) on the fields, the bets remain valid. If one of the matches did not take place or was suspended, and also if the result of the first match has been changed, the outcome is determined by a team (participant) actually reaching the next round. If none of the matches took place, the winning coefficient is considered to be "1" for such bets. If the participant announced in the competition cannot complete his participation in it for some reason (injury, malfunction and so forth), the bets on the result of this participant are considered valid: they win if the result is achieved, and they lose when the result is not achieved (unless otherwise indicated in the line). If the participant did not play a single match, the winning coefficient is considered equal to "1").

    Concept of a Held Event

    1.12. An event is considered held if it is conducted completely.

    1.13. When an event has begun, but was interrupted or abandoned for any reason at any point;

    a) All determined markets in both pre-match and live betting are paid with the determined outcome to be the winning one.

    b) All non-determined markets in both pre-match and live betting are kept pending till the end of next calendar date(23:59 GMT)in case the event is resumed, from the point and the score of the interruption and in the same venue, and if not, all bets on it are to be refunded.

    c) If an event is postponed before the start, all bets will be voided unless the event is starts before 23:59 local time on the same calendar day and at the same venue. Local time is taken to be the time at the venue. This does not apply to tournaments where the order of play has been rescheduled. For example, if a tennis match is scheduled for 17th July, but is not started until 18th July because the previous scheduled games have been delayed, bets on this event will stand.

    d) If the actual result of an event is paid following an official announcement, then any change due to protest, doping etc. is not taken in consideration. The Betting company makes its best to payout always the actual result avoiding mistakes even from official or authorized sources.

    Financial limitations and Payment of winnings

    1. Minimum stake for wagering is the equivalent to 0.5 EUR or account currency for all events.

    2. The maximum wagering stake for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum stake will be defined by the Betting company individually for each event and wagering form and it can be changed without giving written notice. The Betting company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for certain events like changing the betting limits for individual clients without notice.

    3. Maximum payout for one client per day is equivalent to 100,000 USD or equivalent in the betting account currency. The day is defined in between 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT.

    4. Any payouts beyond this amount will be deducted accordingly. Events produced a payout of 100,000 USD will be paid with odds equal to 1.00 for any pending stake of the same client including such events and concluded in the future. Example: Client made a wager on Teams A, B, and paid 100,000 USD. If the same client made another wager on Teams A, B, C, (C team is playing the following day), then Teams A, B will be paid with odds 1.00.

    5. The Betting company makes calculations according to the initially recognized result. Subsequent disqualifications and cancellations do not affect the calculation.

    6. The amount of payout is equal to the bet, multiplied by the established odds.

    7. Winnings are transferred to a player’s gaming account after bets are settled. Payments will be credited to the customer’s accounts in 2 to 5 days, depending on payment method being used.

    8. Customers should immediately notify the Betting Company, if they notice any amounts incorrectly credited to their accounts. Otherwise all subsequent winnings directly or indirectly derived from that error will be considered invalid and should be returned to the Betting Company.

  20. APPENDIX 2

    Single bets a bet in which it is required to predict the outcome of only one event. The winnings of the single bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds on the event. You can make the single bet on any event. The winning amount is calculated by multiplication of the odd with a bet amount.

    Example For Single Bets

    Win1/Draw/Win2

    90 minutes Home Draw Away
    Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7

    Let’s say a bet of $100 is placed for DRAW in the game above. Odd for DRAW is 3.5. So if a player wins he will get $350 (100x3.5)

    Net win is $250.

    A multiple, or a combo bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcomes of more than one event simultaneously (the maximum number of the events in a combo bet is 21). If even one event in the combo bet is predicted incorrectly, the whole bet is considered to be lost. It is possible to combine in one combo bet events from various sports. Combo bets are not accepted when the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another (in such case the event with the biggest odd will be used for calculations, and the rest of depending events will be considered to be with odds 1.0). The odds of a combo bet are calculated as the product of the odds of all of the events included in the bet. The winnings of the combo bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds of the combo bet. The overall odd (coefficient) for a Combo bet is not limited.

    Example For Multiple Bets

    Win1/Draw/Win2

    90 minutes Home Draw Away
    Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7
    Man U – Real Madrid 1.2 2.5 1.5
    Inter – Barcelona 1.7 3.0 1.6

    Let’s say a bet of $100 is places for Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid, Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN. Odds will be multiplied 3.5x1.2x1.7 = 7.14

    If this bet wins then money will be $100x7.14 = $714

    Net win is $614.

    A system bet is a full combination of combo bets of the given size with events from a predefined number of events. Each combination in the system is calculated as a separate combo bet.

    Example Of 2/3 System Bet

    Win1/Draw/Win2

    90 minutes Home Draw Away
    Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7
    Man U – Real Madrid 1.2 2.5 1.5
    Inter – Barcelona 1.7 3.0 1.6

    Let’s say a bet of $90 is places for Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN.

    It means player is placing 3 multiple bet with 2 possible outcomes in each:

    No A system bet Coefficient Win
    1 Chelsea – Liverpool

    Man U – Real Madrid
    3.5x1.2 = 4.2 4.2x$30 = $126
    2 Chelsea – Liverpool

    Inter – Barcelona
    3.5x1.7 = 5.95 5.95x$30 = $178.5
    3 Man U – Real Madrid

    Inter – Barcelona
    1.2x1.7 = 2.04 2.04x$30 = $61.2

    If these bets will win, then player will get $126 + $178.5 + $61.2 = $365.7

    Example Of 2/4 System Bet

    Win1/Draw/Win2

    90 minutes Home Draw Away
    Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7
    Man U – Real Madrid 1.2 2.5 1.5

    Handicap

    90 minutes Home Away
    Inter – Barcelona (-2.0)1.5 (-2.0)2.3

    To Win

    To Win Winner 1 Winner 2
    R. Nadal – R.Federer 1.6 2.6

    Let’s say a bet of $120 is placed for: Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid Man U to WIN, Inter to Win with handicap, and R.Nadal to WIN

    It means player is placing 6 multiple bet with 2 possible outcomes in each:

    No A system bet Coefficient Win
    1 Chelsea – Liverpool

    Man U – Real Madrid
    3.5x1.2 = 4.2 4.2x$20 = $84
    2 Chelsea – Liverpool

    Inter – Barcelona
    3.5x1.5 = 5.25 5.25x$20 = $105
    3 Chelsea – Liverpool

    R. Nadal – R.Federer
    3.5x1.6 = 5.6 5.6x$20 = $112
    4 Man U – Real Madrid

    Inter – Barcelona
    1.2x1.5 = 1.8 1.8x$20 = $36
    5 Man U – Real Madrid

    R. Nadal – R.Federer
    1.2x1.6 = 1.92 1.92x$20 = $38.4
    6 Inter – Barcelona

    R. Nadal – R.Federer
    1.5x1.6 = 2.4 2.4x$20 = $48

    If these bets will win, player will get $84 + $105 + $112 + $36 + $38.4 + $48 = $423.4

    Example Of 3/4 System Bet

    Win1/Draw/Win2

    90 minutes Home Draw Away
    Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7
    Man U – Real Madrid 1.2 2.5 1.5

    Handicap

    90 minutes Home Away
    Inter – Barcelona (-2.0)1.5 (+2.0)2.3

    It means player is placing 4 multiple bet with 3 possible outcomes in each.

    Bet will be divided to 4 = $30:

    No A system bet Coefficient Win
    1 Chelsea – Liverpool

    Man U – Real Madrid

    Inter – Barcelona
    3.5x1.2x1.5 = 6.3 6.3x30ea = 189ea
    2 Chelsea – Liverpool

    Man U – Real Madrid

    R. Nadal – R.Federer
    3.5x1.2x1.6 = 6.72 6.72x30ea = 201.6ea
    3 Man U – Real Madrid

    Inter – Barcelona

    R. Nadal – R.Federer
    1.2x1.5x1.6 = 2.88 2.88x30ea = 86.4ea
    4 Chelsea – Liverpool

    Inter – Barcelona

    R. Nadal – R.Federer
    3.5x1.5x1.6 = 8.4 8.4x30ea = 252ea

    If these bets will win, player will get $189 + $201.6 + $86.4 + $252 = $729

    Handicap For the determination of the result of a bet with a handicap, it is necessary to add (if the handicap is positive) or to subtract (if the handicap is negative) the handicap to/from the goals scored by a selected team (a handicap on the second team does not count). If after that the result is a win for the selected team, the bet is considered to be won. If the calculated result is a draw, the bet is returned.

    Example of Handicap

    90 minutes Home Away
    Inter – Barcelona (0.0)1.5 (0.0)2.3

    Let’s say a bet is placed on Barcelona to WIN with a (0.0) handicap. For that Barcelona has to win with any possible result. If the Teams will DRAW then money will be returned.

    Total Goals. Bet is placed on how many goals will be scored in a game in total.

    Example For Total Goals.

    Chelsea – Liverpool
    Over (3.0) 1.7
    Under (3.0) 2.0

    If the amount of scored goals is less than 3, the winners are those who placed on Under (3.0), and Over (3.0) will lose, and vice versa if more than 3 goals will be scored.

    If exactly 3 Goals will be scored, placed bets will be returned.
